#166 – June 12, 2026 — Dera Meeting Hall Takes Shape!

Dear Friends,

The steel framework of Ishwar’s Meeting Hall at the dera in Wisconsin was completed during the week of May 18th, just a week before the annual spring mitti seva event. The project foreman stated that the assembly of the steel supports and roof deck went extremely well. The ISHA Building Committee isn’t sure when the next phase will begin, but if all goes well it’s possible that the walls could be completed later this year or early next year.

When the steelwork was complete, volunteer workers applied strong grout to the base of each column. {CAPTION}

Another team of volunteers painted the steel columns to protect them from the Wisconsin rain and snow. {CAPTION}

During the mitti seva event, a group of Ishwar’s friends were entertained by a room-by-room tour of the future ISHA Meeting Hall. Here, the group is standing in the future dining hall. {CAPTION}
