Dear Friends,
It is with great joy that I can report that on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 7, work began on the Ishwar’s Meeting Hall project in Bruce, Wisconsin.
This first phase of work includes clearing ground with a bulldozer in preparation for the grading of the building site. In the photo below, a bulldozer operator is clearing an area on the hill that will be used to store the precious topsoil that will be stripped from the building site.
Although some small trees are being removed, all of the large pine trees are to be preserved.
Concerning the tree removal, one observer on the hill said this: “In thinking about the trees – they came into this life for this purpose. Picture them rejoicing as their life purpose is being fulfilled. They have been the keepers of the hill.”
I hope to be able to provide you with regular updates as work proceeds.
With warmest regards,
Paul Bauer
