It is with great joy that I can report that construction work will begin in early July on Ishwar\u2019s tribute to Great Master Baba Sawan Singh!  If you can help, please email Harjit Sohpaul at RSSB2511@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/div>\n

Through the persistence and devotion of ISHA\u2019s team of project planners, and abundant grace from Great Master, all of the necessary permits to begin work on the foundation for the Meeting Hall located in Bruce, Wisconsin have been received, sooner than expected.<\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
This is a major milestone in bringing us one step closer to Ishwar Ji’s dream of building this commemorative Hall.<\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
The ISHA construction team reports that if all goes well, work will commence during the first week of July.<\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
The principal tasks will be to perform the final excavation work for the building, build the forms for the footings, cut\/bend\/install the rebar, pour the footings and retaining walls, strip the forms, and backfill the basement walls.  These tasks should take at least 2 months to complete, assuming all goes well.<\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/span><\/div>\n
Here are Great Master\u2019s words on seva:<\/span><\/div>\n

“I want every satsangi, even the poorest of the poor, to be given the opportunity to offer something in seva, even if it is only half a rupee. I would also like all satsangis, rich and poor, young and old, to participate in the construction, even if they carry only a handful of sand or a few bricks. Their smallest efforts are precious to me. Every drop of perspiration shed by them is valuable to me. This is seva of love and devotion.”<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
 <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/div>\n
In a similar fashion, Ishwar will need many volunteers to help build this Meeting Hall.  Can you volunteer at any time during the month of July?<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/span><\/div>\n
If you are capable of performing construction work in the summer heat, that\u2019s great.  But if you aren\u2019t comfortable in such a setting, please note that we will also need support sevadars, who would not need to work in the trenches.  We will also need volunteers to help with food preparation and distribution.

ISHA is hoping to provide lodging and food for all volunteers.  We expect to have a portable, containerized bunkhouse on site, plus a matching kitchen\/bathhouse container.  Travel arrangements will be your responsibility, but if you can get there, you will be well fed.

Over the next two weeks, there is much to do.  Construction plans must be finalized. Power and water must be brought onto the site. Tools must be gathered. Heavy equipment must be rented and moved to the site. Construction materials must be purchased and delivered. Lodging and food must be arranged for the work crews. And, most importantly of all, sevadars must arrive and participate in this amazing opportunity to serve their beloved!<\/span><\/div>\n

But, luckily for us, our dear “Master Supervisor\u201d is in charge of it all.  And so, with love and devotion as our guiding principal, anything is possible!<\/span><\/div>\n
